Delivery within 3 working days to Australian major cities. All other destinations in Australia within 5 working days.  To confirm your Express Delivery area and timeframe please refer below. For all phone orders please call 08 8172 1611.

$12.95 to all destinations in Australia. Delivery charges cover packaging, delivery and insurance. Please note, delivery times are approximate. For International delivery details and rates, please contact sales@lizaemanuele.com.

Any sale above $200 within Australia is FREE!!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For International customers, current shipping option is Australia Post International Post only.  

Delivery is made to most countries within 3-10 working days; however, due to various countries Customs Procedures, we cannot assume responsibility for any delays.
For International customers, you must read and accept the following shipping agreement prior to placing an order lizaemanuele.com

You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by your country of entry.

Furthermore, lizaemanuele.com is not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left Australia.  

The shipping charges will be calculated during check-out. Shipping charges do not include any individual country's customs fees, tariffs or duties. All packages will have actual value declared.

LOST GOODS
Liza Emanuele takes no responsibility for the loss of good once item is scanned as received by Australia Post.

We use express post satchels which are all individually coded and tracked, they do not require signature on delivery for your own convenience however once the parcel has arrived at the correct local distribution centre it is then scanned by Australia Post. At Liza Emanuele we consider this to be a successful delivery.

The responsibility there lies with Australia Post as they have scanned and accepted the parcel into their centre and are now responsible for its delivery to you. Liza Emanuele takes full responsibility for parcels lost between our distribution centre and Australia Post (so any parcels we send out they are not scanned as received by Australia Post). Full refund will then be issued in these circumstances.

 

 

EXCHANGES

We are passionate about fit, hence are more than happy to exchange your order. If you have purchased incorrect size please contact us on sales@lizaemanuele.com within 7 days of receiving your order and you will be sent an email which will give instructions on returning the garment. The email will also include a Return Authorisation Number which you will need to return the item (please note that items will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation number).

Once the item has been received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure that the item has not been worn and that tags are still intact, the new size will be dispatched.

We ask that you return your item via registered post. Any item that is not sent via registered post and goes missing in the post, will not be credited/exchanged or refunded. 

* Please note that on a second return, we can only offer you an exchange or a store credit (no refund).

Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty product, please contact the customer care team immediately so that we can have the item exchanged/repaired for you. You can contact us at sales@lizaemanuele.com you will be given instructions and a Return Authorisation Number.

Refunds:
If you are unhappy with what you have purchased, please contact us at sales@lizaemanuele.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase. You will be sent an email which will give instructions on returning the garment. The email will also include a Return Authorisation Number which you will need to return the item (please note that items will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation number).

Once the item has been received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure that the item has not been worn and that tags are still intact, the purchase amount will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card or account (refunds can take up to 5 days to reach the nominated account). To be eligible for a refund, the item must be received within 14 days from point of contact with the customer care team. Items received after this time frame will receive store credit only (gift voucher).

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payments for items can be made in the following forms:

All prices quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD), overseas customers will need to convert this to the appropriate currency.

All product prices include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Note: Overseas purchases may be charged with a fee from your bank or financial institution for currency conversion or overseas purchase. Any third party charges are not the responsibility of Liza Emanuele.
All orders that are paid for by direct transfer will not be shipped until the payment has been received and cleared. Orders which payment is not cleared within 5 business working days will be cancelled and an email will be sent to inform you of such a situation.

Cookies
The storing of cookies on your machine is necessary to identify a buyer during a session on this website. These cookies currently expire within 30 minutes, so if no activity (ie. page loads) occurs within that limit, the cookie is destroyed and a new one created identifying a new session. Previous information is not retained for that new session.

By placing an order with Liza Emanuele you agree to the Terms and Conditions below. Persons who place an order with lizaemanuele.com are bound by a contract to these terms and conditions and in accordance with Australian Laws.

Customers must provide payment details that are their own, must be valid and correct. If information is found to be false or incorrect, orders will be cancelled immediately.

IDENTIFICATION
The User warrants that they are either the person, or in the case of a corporation, an authorised representative of the corporation, that is named as the User in the registration form. It is a breach of this User agreement and also a misrepresentation with both potential civil and criminal consequences for a person to register as a User that they are not authorised to represent for this purpose.
Liza Emanuele reserves the right at any stage to contact a User to confirm both the validity of the account and also the currency and security of the passwords used.

Unavailability
From time to time information that would normally be available through the site may not be able to be accessed online because of technical or other problems. Liza Emanuele, and the Service Provider expressly excludes liability to any User of this site in respect of the unavailability of content regardless of whether or not this unavailability is caused by the negligence of Liza Emanuele or the Service Provider.

Privacy and Storage of your personal information
It is necessary for Liza Emanuele to capture information about you in order to provide the services offered through this website. The use of the information and your rights in respect of it is set out in the Privacy Statement on this Website.

Pricing
Whilst all effort is made to keep pricing on this website up to date it is possible at times it may be out of date. As such prices on this website should only be considered as an ?invitation to treat? rather than as an offer to provide these products at these prices. Your order and payment of goods will be deemed to be an offer and acceptance only happens when we accept the order. The website automatically sends you an order confirmation email. This email merely acknowledges that we have received your order but does not commit us to supply at the prices contained in the offer. Acceptance of your offer will be communicated manually.

Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify Liza Emanuele and the Service Provider against any claim for loss or damage of any kind by any third party arising out of, or in relation to, the use of the Website by the User.
